Discovery App Reviews

Hi there This is usually a 5 star experience but since the last update. It continually crashes during login. Its also no longer receiving workouts that are saved in the iPhone Please fix. I love this app its been a key motivator thats allowed me to model internationally and represent South Africa.

Still no TouchID support, and asking for account password every couple of screens. Terrible.

Active rewards is no longer rewarding members for being active.

1 star for now, as the app stopped working again today. 999 error when trying to access devices to sync.

The app doesnt work with the iPhone 7 plus!please fix it cause I cant sync my steps anymore!

Cant log in App since the update..Can only log on www.discovery.co.za Errror : " invalid username and password" when trying to log on via finger touch

And add touch id

Prior versions had no issue synchronizing Health app data to Discovery. Now it fails nearly all the time. Very frustrating!

How long do we still need to wait for Discovery to fix their app? Continually need to sign in and redo everything. It keeps on loosing its data. Not even talking about for insufficient their syncing and processing of the data is. Worst is that even after explaining to a consultant that if I cycle for 30 min and have done 10km it is impossible for me to be belie the threshold of 4km/h, yet still no updates to activity on the app...

Every week I lose a Garmin activity that never gets to Discovery...and I get treated like its my fault!!??

Same problem here . No issue with synchronizing before, now it fails all the time. Also get the error with login . Wish i had never updated the app in the first place. Cant add any workouts. Almost a month and still Discovery cant fix app 4.5

The login screen greets me by my name. There is only a space for a password, but when I type in my password and continue i get asked for my username.

Exactly what I needed on the go. Especially great for keeping track of Discovery card. Vitality number always at hand now. Crisp, clear and responsive app. Well done!

Very smooth and simple UI. A job well done! :)) Love the fact that you can check your Vitality from the app as well. 5 stars from me.

This is why discovery is miles ahead of the others. Contains everything you need regarding our account, especially the credit card. Good work guys.

Really nice app. Only 4 stars because it says iPad compatible when its not designed iPad... I eagerly await a fully iPad compatible update.
